Thursday:

• Gathering of the Family: social time for the early birds in the afternoon. Meeting room to be announced. Informal dutch treat dinner together that evening at hotel or nearby restaurant.

Friday:

• The PDA Room will be open all day for registration, sharing of research notes and conversation.
• Western Night BBQ: boots and cowboys hats are optional. $15/person

Saturday:

• Bus Tour of Colorado National Monument plus shopping and vineyard tour. $25/person
• Membership Meeting, after the tour and a short break, details to be announced
• Family Photograph, prior to the banquet. $10/copy ordered
• Banquet, $15/person

Sunday:

• Departure Breakfast, dutch treat, in the hotel's restaurant.
