Monday and Tuesday, June 19 - 20
Al and Cathy Hill will welcome early arrivals and suggest things to see and do in the area. The Family Room will be available to share research with early arriving members or plan some side trips to visit attractions and shopping in the area. These two days are the best opportunity for sharing and discussing research prior to the Reunion . Dinner is informal and Dutch treat at a local restaurant, meet in hotel lobby at 6:00pm .
Wednesday, June 21 (First Official Reunion Opening Day)
Reunion Registration begins at 8:00am and the Poindexter Family Room will be open all day. Optional Dutch treat dinner will be at a local BBQ restaurant. A special Family History Presentation closes the day.

Thursday, June 22
The day starts with a Local History Tour to Old Salem Visitors Center and Reynolda House. A replica of the kitchen of Criss Cross, our immigrant's house, is part of this tour. Dutch treat dinner will be at the Crosby Pub and Restaurant (in the Hotel). In the evening, Historical Archeological Discoveries in “Bailie Bottoms” a “special” presentation on the archaeological dig on land once owned by Captain Thomas Poindexter III.

Friday, June 23
Prepare to board our tour bus for all day Bus Tour of historical Poindexter family sites, homes & cemeteries located in Forsyth, Yadkin & Surry Counties. Stops include the Old Richmond Courthouse, site of tavern operated by Elizabeth Betty Pledge Poindexter, Bailie Bottoms archelogy dig, old Poindexter cemetery where Capt. Thomas and Betty are buried,
Macedonia Church Cemetery
and much more.

Saturday, June 24
The Family Room opens one more time today, till 12:45pm. Workshops in the afternoon include and update on DNA testing, new genealogical tools, and tips on tracing your family roots visiting cemeteries. The annual Members meeting, family photo and banquet will round the day. After the banquet, a final entertaining presentation on the history and family genealogy will be made.

Sunday, June 25
8:30 - 11:30am, departure Breakfast/Brunch (informal and Dutch treat). Have breakfast with others or make your own group plans, in the hotel's restaurant and say good bye until next year! Reminder: If you have not planned to stay extra day(s), be sure to check out in lobby, if you will be at breakfast/brunch later than check-out time.
