Schedule of Events

The Colony of Virginia, where our Poindexter progenitor first setlled in Middle Plantation (renamed to Williamsburg in 1699) and from which the branches of our family have spread, has countless things to see, do and research. Unfortunately, we have limited time during a reunion, so have planned events that will introduce you to places important to our family history, as well as colonial history. What we can't squeeze in, we will list on our "About the Area" page. Should you and your family wish to arrive early or stay after, you can plan these into your itinerary.

Governor's Key to Colonial Williamsburg:

Depending on the packages you signed up for when you registered for the Reunion, your package may include a Governor's Key, a two-day pass to Colonial Williamsburg. So arrive a few days early or stay after the Reunion to use your pass. More information

Tuesday, June 10:

No official activities planned, you are on your own or meet up with others. This is a great time to use the Governor's Key to Colonial Williamsburg or take the kids to Six Flags. If you want to use your pass to tour Williamsburg, please make arrangements to get them from Al Hill. He will arrive at the hotel sometime Monday. His cell is 336-473-3869.
