The host plans and coordinates the hotel, tours and catering. It is a lot of work which is very rewarding. A different member volunteers to host the Reunion each year.
The PDA's annual business meetings are held at these annual Reunions.
Can You Host a PDA Reunion?
- We are looking for volunteer hosts and Reunion Committee volunteers, contact the 2nd Vice President if you are interested.
- Timeline and Planning Guide is built on the experiences of past reunion hosts and committees.
- Budget Spreadsheet (Excel .xlsx) will help the host to account for costs and determine registration fees.
